Bi Yan Pian is used for symptoms of sneezy, itchy eyes, facial congestion and sinus pain. Useful in acute and chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, hay fever, nasal allergies, general congestion in the face and headaches due to sinus pressure or the common cold or flu. If allergy symptoms are chronic, combine with Xiao Yao Wan. If using for symptoms relating to a cold or flu, may be combined with Ganmaoling.

Recommended Adult Dosage is 4-6 tablets, 3-4 times per day
