Purchases

Online purchases are paid for on-line using PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment using PayPal.  You may also mail or FAX in an order using a printed order form off the website.  To pay for offline orders you may indicate a credit card number with an expiration date, or enclose a check or money order.  If paying by check or money order, ChineseHerbShop.net reserves the right to hold orders for 2-3 weeks pending bank notification that the check or money order has cleared.

Shipping

We make every attempt to ship paid orders within 2 business days.  All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) - Priority Mail.  Our shipping rates are calculated using the USPS real time rate lookup feature, and we charge a standard handling fee of $2.00 per order.  We do not accept orders from outside the United States and do not ship outside of the United States.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase price for any UNOPENED items we receive back from you within 30 days of the original shipment date.  All shipping costs, including the cost to return product, remains the responsibility of the purchaser.

Privacy

We value the privacy of our customers and website users. As such, we do not distribute our client list, or otherwise share any of your personal information with any external businesses or individuals.
